Yesterday, we had a Chicken and Biscuit dinner at our church. We do this as a fundraiser, but more importantly it gives folks a chance to work together. Looking around at the congregation, I see so many different people. Some of these folks would not cross paths if it were not for church activities such as this.
We are thirsty for the word of God, and also there is a thirst for those around us. Working together as a faith community helps to quench that
